The Center for Rural Health Innovation offers telehealth services for the students and staff of Mitchell County Schools. Enrollment forms are sent home at the beginning of each school year.  Enrollment forms must be completed in order to be seen by a Health-e-Schools Nurse Practitioner.  Appointments can be made by contacting the school nurse or sending an email directly to us here.
