Sixth Grade Parents, please be sure to join us for Open House tonight! We will begin parking cars at 6:45, this will allow other parents time to leave. Home rooms will be posted at the front doors. We also have Mitchell Miners merchandise and will be accepting the $20 user fee for iPads.
Mitchell Elementary School and Mitchell Middle School will host a Community Open House on Friday, August 16 from 5:00-7:00. Tours will be given every 30 minutes.

@The Quartz Corp for their work to move our staff into Mitchell Elementary and Mitchell Middle School today. Quartz sent over 100 employees to load all classroom materials from Deyton, Bowman, and Harris, drive them in U Hauls and tractor trailers to the new school, and unload them into the classrooms. Quartz also provided lunch and shirts for staff. This was a day that truly was an example of "community" and a corporation giving back to their community. What a great day it was for Mitchell County Schools and Quartz Corp! Thank you so much!

Mitchell County Schools is thrilled to announce that our new school Mitchell Elementary/Mitchell Middle will be opening in August 2024! We are thankful to Vannoy, Cope Architecture, and all of the sub-contractors for working tirelessly to make this possible. An August move in will be much smoother for our students and staff. The state-of-the-art facilities will be a wonderful place for our students to thrive and for our staff to work.
